Application Process

  • Choose Your Course

    Choose which course you would like to apply for. If you need any further information before making your decision contact us and one of our staff will be happy to answer any questions before you apply. Please note if you require English studies before moving onto another course you will need to apply for both courses.

  • Fill In The Application Form

    To apply for all courses you will need to fill out the application form on our website here

    Make sure you include all the details requested and attach any documentation necessary.

    International Students can choose to apply through one of our international registered agents. These organisations can assist you with advice, liaise with the College on your behalf, provide information about courses and help you through the entire application process.   • Pay The Application Fee

    Your application fee is non-refundable and needs to be paid alongside your application in order to be processed. You can do this one of the following ways:

    PaytoStudy - International payments only

    Bank transfer or deposit - Domestic payments only

    Over the Phone - Mastercard/Visa

    In Person - Cash or Mastercard/Visa/EFTPOS

  • Send In Further Documentation

    When you apply online you will be required to submit documentation along with your application.

    Depending on which course you apply for, you will need to have the following:

    Evidence of English Proficiency through one of the accepted tests:

    a. International English Language Testing System (IELTS)

    b. Occupational English Test (OET)

    c. Test of English as a Foreign Language internet-Based test (TOEFL iBT)

    d. Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic

    e. Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE)

    Proof of Identification

    a. Valid Passport (International Students) or Proof of Residency (Domestic Students)

    b. Current Visa (International Students)

    Personal References (Required for all Ministry courses)

    a. Pastoral Reference

    a. Character Reference

    Curiculum Vites / Resumes and Personal Statements (Required for TAE courses)

  • Get Your USI

    All students who study in Australia are required to obtain a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number. You will need this to continue your application. You can apply for a USI for free here

  • Receive Your Letter Of Offer

    Upon completion of the above steps, successful applicants will be issued a Letter of Offer which includes a written agreement and an invoice listing the costs of your selected course(s).
  • Pay Course Fees

    Pay the following as per your Letter of Offer to secure your enrolment

    Course fees

    Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) paid directly to the provider (BUPA) for international students only

  • Receive Your Confirmation Of Enrollment

    Once we receive your payment, we will issue an electronic Confirmation of Enrolment form (eCoE) to international students necessary for student visa processing. The form will be transmitted through the Internet to your Australian Embassy or Consulate. The original will be sent to you. You will need to login to the Department of Immigration and Border Protection’s website to apply for your student visa online using your eCoE unique identifier number which is displayed on the top right hand corner of your eCoE.
